One of my 2013 resolution was to work out more… think I’m doing it right…
Last year I made this tumblr so I could do the 7 km run that happens every year in September.
I, unfortunately, couldn’t do it last year.. but I did start getting in shape. I’ve lost some weight, started eating ‘well’ and exercising.
Tumblr is quite a nice place to start working out. I did some Insanity. and I have to say that I quite loved it. The thrill of digging deeper, of how sore are your muscles the day after or how good you feel right after.. I liked that.. but I was doing this at home and the only motivation I got was my own and it wasn’t easy. it takes a lot of self discipline to exercise regularly.. and I don’t have any..
So after trying everything and failing at sticking to it, I’ve decided to go to the gym.
so from now on, I’ll be exercising 2-3 days a week.. it’s quite nice. there’s a pool, a sauna and a lot of device that will help me gain in strength and in endurance so I could be ready and feel good.. because I need this.
I need to work out.
